At RG Agro Feeds, we take pride in delivering only high-quality and carefully packed products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unsoiled, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for processing.
- Returns apply only in case of incorrect, damaged, or poor-quality items verified by our team.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of agricultural and feed products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products exposed to moisture, heat, or pests after delivery.
- Opened or partially used packaging.
- Customized or bulk-discount orders (unless damaged in transit).
Refund Process
- Contact our team within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Share order details, photos, and reason for return.
- Our team verifies and approves the return if eligible.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds are credited through the original mode of payment or adjusted in your next order as per your preference.
